The Patricia Flowerproject

I got a nice flowerpot in paper from Pat on our last cropnight in June and it held three bags of seeds - and it really made me think of the small flowerbed outside our frontdoor, it has not been taken care of this summer..

The seeds are perfect for the flowerbed. Our "inhouse gardener" Inger Pauline (also a cropnightparticipant) said the seeds probably would work despite beeing a month or two too late in the soil.

The last Sunday in June I started digging the dirt and ripping out old tulips and stuff, wow, we have a lot of animals outside our frontdoor - it's actually a jungle out there :D

When it looked like this i spread the seeds - Ringblomst in the front row - Forglemmegei in the middle row and Kornblomst in the back row

Monday I went out and looked (the eager optimist!) - there was nothing -

Tuesday there was nothing (still an optimist) -

Wednesday there was something? (optimism pays!!!!) -

Thursday morning there were three small green "somethings" streching out from the soil! Wow!!

And then - in the middle of all this excitement - I had to go away..
